    • Our B-type tubes feature central reinforcement to provide greater tolerance to pressure. Stronger tube design means drastically reduced probability of tube failure.
    • Our deep extrusion header provides a stronger tube to header joint which is more resistant to the effects of vibration and thermal tube expansion, virtually eliminating tube to header leaks.
    • Our fin edges are folded for increased stability and heat disbursement properties.
    • Our included "multi-fit" attachments allow one radiator to cover multiple vehicle applications without sacrificing OE fit. This results in wider vehicle coverage with substantially less inventory.
    • Thermal expansion cuts allow for longer life and reduce failure rates by allowing improved core expansion and contraction during normal heat cycles.
    • We design and manufacture all our radiators to meet or even exceed Original Equipment specifications. We take pride in producing the most reliable replacement parts in the market.
    • We use longer header tabs for increased pressure resistance. This reduces the potential for tank to header leaks.

Product Description
The Reach Cooling 42-10567 is an aftermarket radiator built as a direct replacement for Freightliner, Sterling Truck, and Western Star heavy-duty trucks. It replaces Freightliner 437253, the primary OEM interchange, along with Northern Radiator 238773, Active Radiator Supply Company 900043, Spectra Premium 2001-1742, 1-800-Radiator 2400962, and Serck FLA002202. Fitment covers the 2008-2012 Freightliner M2 106, 2010-2014 Freightliner M2 112, 2012-2014 Freightliner 114SD, 2008-2010 Sterling Truck L7500, 2008-2010 Sterling Truck L8500, 2012-2017 Western Star 4700SB, and 2012-2017 Western Star 4700SF across a variety of engine displacements. The unit features an aluminum core with plastic tanks, B-type tubes with central reinforcement for greater pressure tolerance, deep extrusion headers that resist vibration and thermal expansion, and folded fin edges for improved heat dissipation and structural stability. A plated transmission oil cooler is included, with fittings spaced 18 inches apart, so no additional cooler sourcing is required. Thermal expansion cuts throughout the core allow for natural heat cycling without accelerating wear, and longer header tabs reduce the risk of tank-to-header leaks. Designed to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, this radiator gives mechanics and fleet buyers a reliable, correct-fit solution that installs without modification.
