    • 7 Layer Packaging: Each charge air cooler is packaged in a heavy duty, 7 layer corrugated box to ensure best protection during transit.
    • Deep Extrusion Header: Our deep extrusion header provides a stronger tube to header joint which is more resistant to the effects of vibration and thermal tube expansion.
    • Flat Tube Wall Thickness: Flat tube wall thickness is no less than .55mm to maximize ability to withstand added pressure.
    • Header Plate Bond: We use a wider angle header plate bond to eliminate the risk of header cracking.
    • Our charge air coolers are built to withstand the pressures of long hauls. From the product design to the package it is shipped in, every consideration is taken to ensure longevity and peak performance.
    • Reinforced Aluminum Alloy: Header reinforced with aluminum bronze to increase strength by 50%.
    • Reinforcement Rib: Tubes feature a reinforcing rib to increase material strength.

Product Description
When your charge air cooler needs replacing on a Freightliner or Sterling Truck, the Reach Cooling 61-1006 delivers a correct-fit aftermarket solution built to OE standards. This intercooler directly replaces Freightliner 01-23547-000 and cross-references Northern Radiator 222032, Spectra Premium 44011725, 1-800-Radiator 2310035, Serck FLX010224, and NAPA 611006. Construction features a deep extrusion header for a stronger tube-to-header joint that resists vibration and thermal expansion, a wider-angle header plate bond to eliminate cracking risk, flat tube walls no less than 0.55mm thick, reinforcement ribs on each tube, and a header reinforced with aluminum bronze for 50 percent greater strength. The aluminum core measures 30.16 inches tall, 21.38 inches long, and 2.76 inches thick, with 4.06-inch inlet and outlet connections. Fitment covers a wide range of Freightliner models including Century Class, Columbia, FL60, FL70, FL80, FL106, FLC112, FLD120, FLD132, M2 106, and B2, plus Sterling Truck Acterra 5500, Acterra 6500, Acterra 7500, A9500, and LT8500. If you are sourcing by OEM number, this unit is the direct replacement for Freightliner 01-23547-000 and is ready to drop in without modification.
