Return Policy

Shipping Damage

Customers must take detailed pictures of any damaged boxes/products, and write a detailed description of the present damages. Note: Shipping damage that occurs with an LTL shipment must be notated on the freight bill at the time of delivery for a claim to be processed. Once these required steps are complete, all information and images must be emailed to customerservice@truckac.com and the claims process will begin. Additional freight damage insurance protection of all product shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Please notate in writing the request for additional insurance in the shipping instructions when placing your order online.

I got the wrong part

All unused, unopened, and uninstalled products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Special ordered products are non-returnable. Incidental returns received after the 30th day from purchase date will not be accepted. All products must be in original packaging and in salable condition.

Warranty Return

TruckAC.com reserves the right to conduct a review and inspection of each warranty claim and to accept or deny any claim not meeting the manufacturer’s requirements for warranty. TruckAC.com will not warranty products, which it did not sell, have been abused, mishandled, altered or used inappropriately. Products that do not meet TruckAC.com installation guidelines will not qualify for warranty coverage. Defective returns shipped back after the 15th day from the date RMA was issued will not be accepted.

Return Procedures

All returns must have a TruckAC.com Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before product(s) can be returned for credit or warranty consideration. Returns without an RMA number will be refused by our Receiving Department.

TruckAC.com customers must initiate return procedures by completing the “Returns Materials Authorization” (RMA) request form online. All return requests must be submitted via the TruckAC.com website. Go to https://www.truckac.com/, and under customer service click on the Returns tab, fill in the needed RMA information, and submit via e-mail. RMA’s will not be processed until all required information is filled out/received. Improperly or incomplete information will delay the process of your RMA. RMA #’s are issued immediately upon completion of the form. You may also print a completed copy for your records.

The RMA number must be clearly identified on all packages being returned and a copy of the RMA form must be used as a packing slip and accompany the shipment, if not the product(s) will be refused by our Receiving Department.

All refunds on returned product will be processed once the product is received by TruckAC.com. Customers will only receive a refund based on the original invoiced prices for items approved for return minus necessary restock and shipping charges. Units are the only product type subject to a 20% restock fee.

Product returned must be in salable condition. That is, product must be returned in approved shipping boxes, packed properly to prevent damage, carry an identifiable TruckAC.com part number, and be in original cartons.

Product claims will be rejected if:

  1. The product is returned without proper authorization.
  2. The incidental return is received back after the 30th day from purchase date.
  3. The defective return is shipped back after the 15th day from the date RMA was issued.
